Set up csspentagram.com again

I let the domain expire a few years ago, but surprisingly nobody else registered it so I own it again 🤠

Move the deployment (eqkh) from https://csspentagram.hxgf.io/ to https://csspentagram.com/

CSS tweaks (sizing, alignment, etc)

• make it a variable size (not limited to 500px)
• default size should 666px, obviously
• vertical align center
• clean up the code! - make it consistent with what's on codepen (which will also need to change with the new tweaks)
