We need to add calendar item types in nestjs and some COLOR for the front end

Right now, it's a bit all over the place how we display the calendar items.
It would be nice to have a service that does all of that for us, potentially on the backend? Or just restructure the data in a bit more query friendly way.

users module in nestjs.

This will require (probably new isssues):
Authentication in graphql
Users table
Permissions table (?)
Front end work for signing on

This is just an initial, simple implementation of users, an email and a password, set up using passportjs.
Later, we'll want to add social sign on, maybe auth0, who knows!

What it says on the tin. The way our mutation and query is structured, a new calendar item doesn't show up on the calendar until a manual refresh.

Apollo client should handle all that for us, so we're doing something wrong.

We can make a new menu item but not a new calendar. Let's fix that, and add the menu item to the left hand menu.

Right now none of the gql types are in web, making a nasty dev experience and loosey goosey type safety.

This will also be a good chance to see how we want to share types across packages
