Hi Justin,

The scikit-learn requirement in setup.py needs to be updated from sklearn to scikit-learn, otherwise pip won't be able to install the code :)

In other words, change this line here to:
install_requires = ["tqdm>=4.41.1", "numpy", "scikit-learn"]

If you prefer, I can fork and make a PR, let me know :)

I have discovered this repository via St Andrews research portal - it's great to give research code better visibility there, thanks for this! May I suggest to use a different template for this - you can follow instructions from https://code4ref.github.io/pure.html to report it as software, not as a dataset. It will be then possible to find it under the "software" category, and hopefully eventually we may have a separate button for "Code" in the Research Portal.
