This example was meant to use sGrid but uses Sass instead? Or am I missing something?

now I can run server.js without any problem. How do I get run the build files? Is there any resource you can share?

I think it is a good idea. It is recommended usage and soon everything will be written in it...

You are missing stylus in package.json devDependencies. Just add it it will run on first try.
