A Jugend hackt project.

We want to explain PGP-encryption simple and understandable for everyone. PGP is a very secure way to encrypt your e-mails, but is it not that easy to install and to use. Only by teaching a wide range of people how to use encryption, we are able to stop mass surveillance.

Schönes Projekt

Hallo Jugendhackt,

schönes Projekt was ihr da auf die Beine gestellt habt, schaue mich gerade noch ein bisschen um und klicke die verschiedenen Anleitungen durch.
Dabei sind mir drei kleine Tippfehler aufgefallen.

Einmal unter

Outlook Plugin unter Windows bitte aufnhemen

Nettes Projekt - Gefällt mir sehr gut.

Bitte nehmt doch das "OutlookPrivacyPlugin" für Outlook mit auf.
Läuft wunderbar in allen Versionen und ist mit einem Klick zu installieren.

GPG für Apple Mail

Hi,

ich habe gerade euren Talk vom 32C3 angeschaut und wollte es gleich mal ausprobieren. Dabei bin ich schnell vor eine Wand gelaufen. Und zwar wird für OS X nur der Thunderbird als Mailclient zur Auswahl angeboten. Gerade eure Zielgruppe, die vermeintlich unbedarften User, verwenden (sofern sie mit OS X unterwegs sind) Apple Mail und nicht Thunderbird. Für Apple Mail gibt es eine tolle Suite: https://gpgtools.org/

Kanntet ihr das noch nicht, oder gab es andere Gründe, Apple Mail außen vor zu lassen?

Support für iOS und Android

...wäre nett.
Wie sende ich verschlüsselte Mails von meinem Android-Telefon. Lange gab es APG. Mittlerweile hat aber auch The Guardian Project eine GPG-Variante für Android veröffentlicht.
Es wäre schön, wenn dies dort auch noch Erwähnung finden würde.

In the german translation of the instruction for Mailvelope the polite form is wrong.

APG durch OpenKeyChain ersetzen

Hallo, tolles Projekt das ihr hier auf die Beine gestellt habt!

Mir ist beim durchgehen der Seiten aufgefallen das ihr für den PGP Gebrauch unter Android den APG vorschlagt. Dieser ist jedoch bereits seit 3 Jahren nicht mehr weiter entwickelt worden und könnte somit auch Sicherheitslücken aufweisen. Ich würde Vorschlagen APG durch OpenKeyChain ersetzten.
