Thanks again for providing this

I've never used C# but it shouldn't be too hard to figure out how to run your script. The only thing I'm unsure about is what are the prereqs or the output of this? Do I have to just create the github repo that I want populated, make sure it's public, and then run this script and it'll add all the disqus comments as issues there?
