Syntax: <commands (+ aliases, seperated by ;)> <argument name [number of following arguments[?: optional]]>
e.g.    --test  <something[0]> 
=> "test"=argument[0]

    -D; -d; --directory         <directory[0[? if directory is defined]]>
    -sf; --skipfile             <filename to skip checking>
    -sd; --skipdir              <directory names to skip checking>
    -dry; --dry-run; --dryrun
