Installation

pip install greek-normalisation

Also, three command-line utilities to2019, toNFC and toNFD are installed which can be used to convert U+02BC and U+1FBF to U+2019 and do unicode normalisation on files (e.g. toNFC source.txt > nfc_version.txt).

make normalization features selectable?

Would you consider adding to the api the ability to select certain normalization features and not select others? In particular, some OCR texts use capitalization more liberally than your process expects, and I would want to turn this normalization feature off.
