Set the process priority with which HomeSeer and the plug-ins should be run.

Use System.Diagnostics.ProcessPriorityClass as the parameter type, defaulting to Normal (i.e. no changes to the current behavior).

Or create a background task that runs the following as an administrator on startup and/or regularly: @( Get-Process HS3 ) + @( Get-Process HSPI_* ) | ForEach-Object { $_.PriorityClass = 'Realtime' }

(Optionally) configure Windows to not show the welcome screen, suggestions and tips & tricks. These features can interfere with the start of HomeSeer after a reboot.
