What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Fresh Install of application
2. Input username,password, etc
3. Attempt to input sip address. (Already entered at 
https://consumer.fonolo.com/account)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
ability to enter sip address - requires 10 digits and disallows any attempt to 
enter sip address, e.g. sip:[email protected]

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.2 (on android 2.2)

Please provide any additional information below.
Allowing sip entries would be a nice feature - did not see a feature option - 
so entered it here.

Upload a project backbone via SVN to this site.

I was thinking we could upload the basic dialer application for now, we can
use that as a simple starting point to build upon.
