Template fails to load data

I'm using zabbix-agent2 on our PDNS hosts and am unable to get this template to pull in any data on the machine. Other data is returning using the agent so I know the configuration is working. I've also made the changes to the sudoers directory as well as verified the install steps have been followed.

Is there something that needs to be updated in this template to work with Zabbix 6.x and the new agent?
