About Tableau:

Tableau is a visual analytics platform transforming the way we use data to solve problems—empowering people and organizations to make the most of their data. It is a Data Visualisation tool that is widely used for Business Intelligence but is not limited to it. It helps create interactive graphs and charts in the form of dashboards and worksheets to gain business insights. And all of this is made possible with gestures as simple as drag and drop!!! Tableau is written in C++. Tableau is a data visualization software programming in C++ to create a program and drag-and-drop interface. Tableau also uses the VizQL language beneath the queries to product data visualizations.

Problem Statement:

Demand forecasting is a key component to every growing online business. Without proper demand forecasting processes in place, it can be nearly impossible to have the right amount of stock on hand at any given time. A food delivery service has to deal with a lot of perishable raw materials which makes it all the more important for such a company to accurately forecast daily and weekly demand.

Too much inventory in the warehouse means more risk of wastage, and not enough could lead to out-of-stocks — and push customers to seek solutions from your competitors. In this challenge, get a taste of demand forecasting challenge using a real dataset
