You are right. Your workaround for the first issue indeed works. I have been using it since i updated my post and so far it has been without incidents so far.

I can confirm this bugs.

The workoaround on Edit 3 to the issue 2 (component rendered as text) works fine.

If i understood your Edit 2, i was able to solve it in the same way. The solution:

On my App's file: init.py

catalog = Catalog(jinja_env=app.jinja_env)
catalog.add_folder("App/templates/Components")
catalog.add_folder("App/templates")

My directories:

-App
    --static
    --templates      <-- Put JinjaX Components folder inside templates
        ---Components   <-- This is my Jinjax folder
        ---Index.html
        ---Other.html

Edit: syntax errors.

I investigated the cause of the issue and OMG, I was overwriting the default loader of templates of Flask! Thank you for the bug report.
