Judges need to be able to be edited... events need to be added on the judge object

Provide a view for the results of the event:

• calculate out the winners from the Judges evaluations
• calculate out the winners from the team evaluations

make sure that the judge assignment works properly

• Judges are randomly assigned
• Teams are only related to one event
• Judges can be edited after assigned
• Judges can judge more than one event and multiple teams
