Code to perform the elastic net regression to select variables followed by partial least squares regression (EN-PLS), as described in the paper “Using elastic net regression to perform spectrally relevant variable selection” by C. Giglio and S.D. Brown, J. Chemometrics, 2018. Paper can be accessed via the link: https://doi.org/10.1002/cem.3034 This code is available for the purpose of reproducibility and accessibility. The file 'EN-PLS Tutorial' gives examples of how to load the files and reproduce the results for EN-PLS and the reference methods.
