_Expected result:_

(unsigned long) prefix2long (28) => 4294967280UL

_Actual result:_

(unsigned long) prefix2long (28) => 18446744073709551600UL

dprecated valid_ip_address api on 1.0.3.

Please use is_ipv4 api instead of valid_ip_address api. Prototype is the same both valid_ip_address and is_ipv4.

Soma case, follow codes getaddrinfo returns success about wrong ipv4 address.

confirm wrong check on RHEL 6 glibc-2.12-1.192.el6.x86_64.
RHEL 7 has no problem.

when execute make dist, occurs follow errors:
