Implement value access methods

• value() - just returns wrapped value without any checks
• value_or(T) - return wrapped value if it's valid, otherwise return passed value
• to_optional<optional-like T>() - convert to optional (nullopt if wrapped value is invalid)

Implement operator* and operator-> with configurable semantics:

• Trivial implementation - returns wrapped type
• Opaque for user-defined operators - forwards result of wrapped-type's operator*/operator->
• Pointer-opaque - overload for is_pointer<T>. Acts like the second one, but for pointer types

• default constructor
  • default with construction
  • default with construction and checks
  • default without construction (for primitive types only?)
• copy constructor
  • from the same type (without checks)
  • from type with different constraints (with optimized checks)
• move constructor
  • from the same type (without checks)
  • from type with different constraints (with optimized checks)
• forwarding constructor
  • Create underlying type from arguments
