Google Book Search

Simple web page rendering search results via Google Books API

Built using .Net Core 2.2 and Vanilla JS and hosted on Heroku here

To start up, make sure you have .Net Core 2.2 SDK and runtime installed on your machine. Nothing needed for front-end

To run the application type in dotnet run within the folder of the project and it should spin up on http://localhost:5000 or https://localhost:5001

Within the app itself, push in either the book title, author or publishing company to see the first 10 results from Google Books

Front end tests written in Mocha + Chai. To run, type in mocha test\test.js from directory.

Backend tests written with NUnit. Can be run via NUnit CLI or via Visual Studio.
