Imagine you're pulling the window rules from an api and the result is:

The result of that data should be used to populate window_rules for the advancer.

Imagine you're pulling the advance rules from an api and the result is:

  "1.days",
  "3.weeks",
  "1.month" 
]

The result of that data should be used to populate advance_rules for the advancer.

Basically it will be an array of strings with some positive integer and either days, weeks, or months. (delimited with a ".")
