Find a Way to Avoid Using www.overleaf.com

Find a native way to compile the tex file without using www.overleaf.com, preferably through some HomeBrew solution (if a HomeBrew command line app is used, add it to the installer scripts). It should just be a command line app. A simple one line script can be written to abstract the command and any additional arguments needed. Delete account on www.overleaf.com after this is done.
