current problems

• it's easy to miss an alert
• there are far too many alerts
• even if you resolve a problem, it remains in alerts unless you manually clear it

• when a map is created, create 1-3 spots for a 'mine'. this can't be in the first few spots near the start, but it can be anywhere otherwise (even in the bottom right)
• the mine is visible beyond the fog of war and is obvious somehow
• in that spot, only a mine can be built
• add the 'mine' plot type which enables the building of advanced plots
  • Probably needed for blacksmith, lab, bank. maybe for others too.
• possibly will be used for another currency (minerals or gems or whatever)

maybe they can furnish tools for war or exports?
