as I describe in title
when I tried to split a large csv file to small file, sort them and merge them to one, I found that each file has equality file size. but when I tried to sum number of lines of each file, the total number of line does not match the total line of merged file
total sorted files (this is correct) < total merged file (this is incorrect)

the merge function is ExternalMergeSorter.cs
private async Task MergeFiles(IReadOnlyList<string> sortedFiles, Stream target, CancellationToken cancellationToken)

I have deployed this function app to azure function app with Function premium plan as well as with App service plan. After we ran in azure portal I am getting 503 service unavailable issue.

But after 2-3 min file uploads in the destination folder (zip files) in container.
