bad demo fiddle on npm

Your readme points to https://jsfiddle.net/jordic/sqj852y4/
while on npm https://www.npmjs.com/package/preact-sidenav the demo points to https://jsfiddle.net/jordic/w118r739/ which doesn't actually show how to use the sidebar.

issues w/ redux & preact router

I don't know why, but this sidebar breaks when I use it with preact-router. It may be fine for one page, but none of my routes work. As soon as I place the sidebar in the code it takes priority over my routes. It would be great if you could test for these or show an example of using this sidenav w/ preact-router. Because of this I've had to build my own preact-sidenav
