About the object_detection with ssd!

It don't work with me well, does it work with you ?

pytorch=0.1.12=py35_0.1.12cu80 is not able to install now

please tell me what to do.....
when i run code conda env create -f virtual_platform_windows.yml on conda prompt following error is given

This came up after i ran the conda create env -f virtual_platform_windows.yml on anaconda prompt

Not installing Virtual platform" conda env create -f virtual_platform_windows.yml

Just installed Anaconda3-2019.03-Windows-x86_64.exe on Win7 x64 bit
I tried to create Virtual platform by
conda env create -f virtual_platform_windows.yml

How to fix error?
