This is not so much an issue as just some thoughts i have about the project.

We should examine the current programm for logical errors and maybe play with the heuristic values a little.

Also we should try out uploading before it is shut down during christmas time and new years.

The masters:
Quiesence Search,
incentivise capturing, get a protection bonus.
Random jiggle in eval to prevent repeating moves
You could give a bonus depending on whos turn it is
Make a position board for each piece ( and each state of the game)
Iterative Deepening depending on time and using old information !
Weighted mobility with a penalty for the king to keep it protected
Aspiration windows ( advanced technique)

Good testing algorithm !
