Reproduce steps:

1. Add calendar entry on the remote site
2. Access the calendar list via the local site (same database)
3. New item will not appear until logging off and back on

This probably can also be observed using multiple devices.

It should work like this:

• onClick, change into a textbox + dropdown combo
• in other words, it should work the same as it does on the More screen, therefore we need to make that part a common component

Use glyphicon-list-alt from the getbootstrap page.

Want to be able to delete entries

Need to delete from memory- since it's synced will that be enough to delete it in firebase too?

Re-produce steps:

1. Switch to Travel calendar
2. Type Del Amo (case doesn't seem to make a difference)
3. Adjust date range to cover November 2016
   No records found, no errors displayed.

When clicking on a day, it should go to the week view first ... if you want the day view then you have to click again ...

Same thing for the today view

Maybe it's because there's no span inside the anchor tag? I don't see any "weird" HTML getting generated, and the links that work are of the pattern text, so maybe that's the difference ...

If I hit browser refresh all my stylings PLUS small header links disappear

Go to a non-current month and change the calendar- goes back to current month.

The current calendar is changed (probably), but nothing gets switched visually.

note this is not a problem in the day view

Allow toggling between dark and "light" in More view.
