The website should be backed by a CMS that is user friendly

This is a little more dubious until a concrete example can be made of an insurance company requiring a fire door safety check

• This should be user editable/updatable
• Should not require updates to the container page -> automatic pagination
• CMS querying should have limited depth for fast load
• Permalink? Extra complexity, probably not needed

• Responsive design - Bootstrap based - operate on 3 column grid?
• Pre-scaled images - generate image sets dynamically via gatsby-image
