• soldiers can kill buildings

If you get a little too ambitious with the map scaling weird stuff starts to happen. Let's just place some limits on the scaling factor.

Each hovel should generate some n number of new unemployed Civilians

Stuff like food depleting as a function of time and how many civilians exist

We need the knobs and dials to control the assignments of Civilians. This probably won't happen until we have further implemented the characters

Conditions and display

Show game state, knobs and dials

Make them actually appear and disappear

• When you can't place a building (not enough resources, wrong tile type)
• When you can't assign your civilians (no buildings, no free civilians)

• never let the AI starve. project food supply needs based on population and adjust accordingly.
• building placement timeout. don't allow buildings to be placed at lightning speed
• wood/iron prioritization. if determine which resource to focus on based on how quickly they're depleting
