Allow to specify mime type

Some files e.g. json may need very detailed mim type settings (with key value pairs for config)
e.g. "text/json;text-path=caso.hechos"

Avoid using Maven for running

The solution we have now for using Maven and exec:java is brittle and breaks easily, because of Maven's silly way of how to pass parameters on to the program to be run, which causes problems when there are multiple parameters or even parameter values that contain spaces.

Instead, use some other method like maybe a lightweight Groovy wrapper that uses Grapes to pull in the dependencies (if this can be used to access the local Maven cache).

Ideally, find a more generic solution for this kind of problem of running some tool that depends on GATE and may also depend on a number of GATE plugins and other Maven-managed dependencies.

Does not seem to work on a Mac

Two problems:

• redirecting stderr and stdout using |& does not work
• there is a problem running scala
