@vak2ve Thanks! I fixed this in SVN rev. 3446. It was caused by the old, incorrect assumption that the only documents in the volume were in the body; now we've encountered documents that occur in the front matter, as well as documents that occur within attachments. These don't have @xml:id values and so shouldn't be included in the dropdown list for navigating among full, formal documents in the volume. Assuming that was the only issue, please close; but if there was anything else, do let me know.
