Remaining issues:

• p tags causing an extra line return after the footnote number in each source note.
• Text in documents set as "16" lists are not tagged as lists in docs 19, 21, 78, 80, and others.
• "graphic url=" tags for images in documents appear as broken links on webpage.

Hi @tomfaith - I've re-uploaded the PNGs (these had been a little large at 800x1200), uploaded the TIFFs. Here's what I found regarding the issues you identified:

• I fixed the issue where spacing was off in cases with footnotes containing multiple paragraphs
• Regarding the Doc 19 issue, here's the solution: give the list a @type value of to or participants, and this should solve the problem. You can find likely instances of this problem with this XPath: //list[head and not(@type)].
• For the missing graphics, please ask DSCS to supply these images to us, and I can prepare them for the site.
