Fixed the comp1 TOC problem with revision 3695 in SVN.

Fixed the image problem (p. 782 onward). The images were on S3, but the permissions prevented them from being viewed on the public website.

Were those the final issues?

Actually hold closing this one for the moment-- I see I never did the
openers, so I'll take care of those ASAP.

I still only see the pre-conference documents on the landing page and
sidebar TOC--is that a problem on my end?

Re: TOC, yes, if you haven't wiped and repopulated since rev 3695 (last Friday), you should do that, or, a more targeted approach would be to upload /db/history/modules/historicaldocuments.xqm and (in the same directory) frus.xq.
