Checked Docks 7, 89, 124, 163, and 208: all lists were tagged correctly and x-refs linked.

Pages are off by one. Will speak with @joewiz when he returns.

Told DSCS XML was accepted. After further review, source note tagging is missing. Will fix ourselves and pass along concerns via email.
