I know we tried looking for ways to keep the session open while the timer is going without finding success. I now see the reason why Alexa prevents its because it would be super annoying for the user's Alexa to take any background sound as a response in the meantime. Thus, in order to not disturb the user while minimizing the friction at the same time, it is best if the session only opens after timer goes off? I would like to know if there's any way we can do that? as I don't see any reason why Alexa would prevent such feature from happening.
