theologic.us's Issues

Merging: Thanksgiving & Ordo Salutis

The Thought

  1. Thanksgiving is the Scripture Prooftext for Ordo Salutis
  2. Could I merge the content of Thanksgiving into a References section like so?
## The References
<thanksgiving>
  1. This is not tit for tat. There are more Thanks chapters than Ordo chapters.

The To-Do

  • pull all thanksgiving and ordo (switch to draft: true)

assets/css vs. themes/PaperMod/assets/css... I goofed

There should be a common subfolder within themes/PaperMod/assets/css:

 jlouthan@siege  ~/Sites/theologic.us/themes/PaperMod/assets/css   master  tree common
common
├── 404.css
├── archive.css
├── footer.css
├── header.css
├── main.css
├── post-entry.css
├── post-single.css
├── profile-mode.css
├── search.css
└── terms.css

as oppose to my setup:

 jlouthan@siege  ~/Sites/theologic.us/assets/css   master  tree
.
├── 404.css
├── an-old-hope.min.css
├── archive.css
├── extended
│   └── blank.css
├── footer.css
├── header.css
├── main.css
├── post-entry.css
├── post-single.css
├── profile-mode.css
├── reset.css
├── search.css
├── terms.css
├── theme-vars.css
└── zmedia.css

Noticed the lack of the common directory in my local assets.

When I make it right, then this will take precedence over home-devos/prayers css and I cannot figure out why.

Saving this issue to work on later.

Apple Podcast: Artwork

I’ve reviewed the artwork from your feed, and it is currently showing dimensions of 622 x 621, and does not meet Apple’s requirements. Apple Podcasts accepts show cover artwork ranging from 1400 x 1400 to 3000 x 3000 pixels. The largest size is preferred. More information can be found in the resource entitled “Artwork requirements.”

To resolve this issue, please correct the size of the photo. Once the size is corrected, make sure the image file URL is entered into the itunes:image tag on your podcast RSS feed. Also ensure that you use a different filename than the previous one. Apple Podcasts might not update the image if it checks your feed and the new image URL is exactly the same as the current image URL.

Please keep in mind that our system automatically detects and updates changes on Apple Podcasts within 24 hours. More information on troubleshooting artwork issues, can be found in the link below:

Apple Podcast: AAC encoding

Also, the audio file in your feed isn’t optimized, which prevents users from streaming it on Apple Podcasts.

You can optimize the audio file by converting it in iTunes to an AAC encoding. Next, remove the non-working file from your feed and replace it with the newly encoded audio file.

Once you have made all of the corrections, please click Publish in Apple Podcast Connect to submit your podcast.

If you need further assistance after completing the steps above, please let me know. I’m happy to help. My schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. central standard time. Should an update be received while I’m out of the office, one of my colleagues will follow up with you on my behalf.

For your reference, your case number is 101967805467.

Kind regards,

Crystal
