Since the sick-holder wraps and input in a div, if the input has margin top or left it will throw off the placement of the sick holder. Sick-holder needs to take this into account when placing sickholders.

Sick-holder listens for keyboard input, but doesn't listen for mouse input (pasting and cutting/deleting). This might need a bit of refactoring to work right and still maintain it's elegance.

May have to have a click handler specific for IE7 since clicking the sick-holder doesn't redirect to the input. Smaller bug.

I'm not sure if this is ever going to be fixed, since the nudging values are in 'px' and there needs to be a common metric for spacing. Currently, I'll only support pixels as they are the most widely used.
