I'm interested in developing a dynamic template with similar functionality to the graphics shown in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WKJXSSOGBSk&feature=youtu.be&t=3418 45. Be sure to watch about 2 10 minutes of video so you can see the entire animation, and how a list of columns animate when full - and when the oldest column clears, the winning times remain at the top.

I'm a complete novice when it comes to graphics systems, especially making dynamic templates. My intention is to write a client (which seems fairly well documented since it's just a matter of sending the server the commands and data to display) but I need help with the template and how to pass this information from the client to the Templates through the server.

I'm not a software developer so I don't have any understanding of programming...

All I'm looking for is a client with basic rectangular elements, each with a dynamic text element (with a preset max length, no need to adapt to different lengths) that can be followed with this example video.

Ideally I just want to send a command from the client to show the text to display every time I need a new rectangle...then the template manages how to display it on the screen and if it needs any extra work (e.g. move up existing elements, move when the column is full, etc.).
