Need to add topo.py to work with test_mptcp.py

test_mptcp.py line 18 expects topo.py file:
from topo import TwoHostNInterfaceTopo

I updated the topo.py from the version in the mininet_test repository which allows me to use the test_mptcp.py with the test topology if you do not want to spend more time on it.
