Thanks for this utility. I believe the <note> element needs to be added to the following template in dbReader.xsl.

• The asciidoc python implementation supports only python 2. This is the only reason for doconv not having python 3 support.
• It would be the first doconv's use case of plugins with overlapping functionality, so probably the current core implementation requires some changes to accommodate such a functionality.

As user I want to convert a asciidoc file without having to remember the precise spelling to be use in the CLI.

An auto-completion CLI would ease a lot doconv's usage.

I'm not exactly sure why, but when I try to use doconv, I'm seeing this error:

doconv convert /Users/waybri01/Downloads/asciidoc.txt asciidoc dita
Error: object of type 'dictionary-keyiterator' has no len()

I'm on Mac OS X, with:
asciidoc : 8.6.10
doconv: 0.1.6

Any ideas?
