Hello There!

I am Mwangi Joseph Maina. I am an android Developer. I attended moringa school bootcamp, where i graduated last year July, after which i joined I&M bank for a 3 months internship. During the 3 months period i was in a team that worked together to create the banks Campaign manager application(an app that allows the banks admin to update the new banks new features to the customers both on the web and android). I gained knowledge in the following areas, among others:

Kotlin and Java
XML
Dagger hilt for dependency injection
TDD (test driven developemnt0
MVVM and MVC architecture
Coroutines and other industry-recommended libraries.
Agile and scrum environments

The Heroes App, is an application that allows you to recruit a team of superheroes by collecting personal details i.e Name, age, their strength and weaknesses. It also allows you to create a Squad for the heroes.

wildlife-tracker

This is a web application that helps the Rangers to track wild animals in an area. The ranger will be able to record each animal sighted in the area by providing details like animals name, Id etc. The Rangers are also tasked to identify the endangered animals by proving their details like ID, name,health status and age. This will help to get the total information of all the animals in the forest before enacting to a proposal to clear cut the forest.
