Need to create and kill processes with process group

Add the host and port to .bbconfig

Need to delete old log files

Have a .bbconfig setting to delete log files older than a certain age.

Implement a mechanism to add UDID's to the profile through Slack

This needs a confirmation step, and also needs to be confirmed so the response would need to come back asynchronously.

Add example iOS build scripts

GitHub failed build status message needs to be shorter

It also needs the log file name in it

Grammar - There is _an_ build of the...

Notify the person who kicked off a build directly

Currently only the channel is notified.

Enable fetching a log file to Slack channel

Alternatively, make the log file available on a password protected web server. This web server should really be the same one that is watching the webhooks, but it doesn't have to be. If it isn't then just make a configuration setting that gives the URL base.

Need list of valid release builds

Not all release branches are buildable, so there should be a whitelist of valid release builds.

Implement a way to re-test a PR from GitHub?

Instead of requiring re-sending the GitHub webhook or pushing a dummy change to the PR branch.

Need to automatically kill a build after a configurable amount of time

Add a database that records build information

This is an interesting one because it requires coordination between the build script and build-buddy. Somehow need to return values from the script to build-buddy. Data could include:

• Code coverage numbers, but unit test, UI test and combined
• Lines of code, by language perhaps Obj-C, Swift, etc..
• Time that the different builds took
• Number of builds over a given time frame (week, month, year) including number of failures and successes and different types.

Crash when updating branch when PR build is in progress

Processing a pull request and at the same time I told github to update my branch. So both went through and the result was that ‘Actor crashed!’.

Add a 'silently' option to do a build without notifications

Sometimes when testing you need to do builds without spamming the world.
