It should be possible to trigger a manual build from a build definition

I always get the error "unable to connect to account...". I have the correct workspace settings and the Microsoft VSTS extension works without issue. How would I collect information about why this is failing?

Instead of having to type the branch, it should provide the list of current branches

As an official VSTS Node.js library has been released, it would be easier to just use that instead of manually maintaining interfaces and abstractions of HTTP calls

Basically mirror the website's behavior that shows a "real-time" view of the running build's log output.
After initial investigation, it appears that is not possible with the current set of VSTS's public APIs. Might be worth filing a feature request with them?

Would be nice to have a command that directly opens a specific build's URL in the browser for the user to be able to inspect/act on the build in more detail.

Seeing as more features are added, the following refactorings should probably be done at some point:

• Move each major feature into own separate modules (each extension command is a good starting point)
• REST API abstraction should hide all HTTP message details
• Extract error handling to a separate module

Grouped build definitions do not monitor single last build per each definition, instead they monitor just any last builds for those build defs.

This is due incorrect query to VSTS API.

I keep getting a notification when leaving wifi, which is annoying and not necessary. Also it would be great if the status bar item would refresh itself when I have a connection again.
