Especially with large cli's, startup can be slow. Therefore a "completion server" could be started that uses the stdio

Powershell is good but on linux bash stays often "there by default" so it is always neat to have bash support

For bash there is often a a bash script handling the completion - I assume it is doable to have the same with powershell, not sure it needs more efforts.
What would be neat is a hidden command we can easily add on a command app to generate this completion file which is then sourced by the user.
This way the perf is max - no additional fork - and the experience is ultra-smooth.
