Restart?

Should we just restart from scratch considering all we know now and how many mistakes we made along the way?

start_video is not on github

@/main_project/occ/src/components/StartScreen.vue

in line 5 it imports an asset that does not exist or it's not included on github, it is called "start_video.mp4" and it is supposed to be on assets folder.
