jicofo fails to respond to server pings about jicofo

@mechazod I'm not sure I know what you mean by "where" so apologies if I have missed the point.

but in terms of the system:

Debian Linux 8 (64 bit)
Open JDK 7
ejabberd 16.08

I am also using jitsi-videobridge

On an Ubuntu 18.04 I had installed jitsi-meet and then uninstalled, removing also sources.list.d/jitsi-stable.list. I suspect that is the cause now systemctl --type service --state failed list jicofo.service service as failed. Apparently it left something not removed: journalctl --unit jicofo.service return jicofo[2836]: Daemon not executable: /usr/share/jicofo/jicofo.sh (that script it doesn't exist). sudo systemctl disable jicofo.service should "fix" the annoying boot log error (I'll test it restarting soon).

Another now failing service is xpra.service but I'm not sure if it is related to jitsi/jicofo.
