Add the solutions for interviewbit problems

Interviewbit is a very popular and emerging platform for competitive programming. It contains all the tracks topic wise like Arrays, Linked List, backtracking, etc. The problems are up to date with the industry standards and the they are timed. I believe that we can also add a section for interviewbit solutions. I have added a PR doing the same with a solution from the arrays sub topic [#33]

Add CONTRIBUTING.md for the repository

I feel that having a CONTRIBUTING.md would be rather helpful for people who would want to contribute to the repository, as they will have a format to follow rather than needing to figure the file structure and conventions out themselves.
