• Create Patient Records: Users should be able to add new patient information,including their name, date of birth, gender, contact details, and medical history.

• List Patient Records: Users should be able to search for and view patient information. The application should provide options to search by patient name,date of birth, or any other relevant identifier.

• Update Patient Records: Users should be able to edit and update patient information, such as contact details or medical history.

• Delete Patient Records: Users should be able to delete patient records from the system.

• Read Patient Record: Read a single detailed record of patient medical history.
