这是一个基于SSH的学院人事管理系统。功能：前台主要是教师注册、登录、查询信息等模块，后台主要完成功能有对教师信息进行维护，后台系统先登录，才能操作教师信息：添加/修改/删除；没有登录，只能查看教师信息列表，不能操作。采用Java EE的分层架构，WEB层使用Struts2框架，完成控制器层代码的编写；业务逻辑层使用Spring框架（AOP以及AOC功能），采用事务机制；DAO层使用Hibernate封装数据库操作，数据库采用MySQL。
