autoplot's Issues

Move all computation out of autoplot

As per Hadley

Instead of computing the explained variance in autoplot, do something like:

auto_scale <- function(pca, ...) UseMethod("scale_pc")
auto_scale.prcomp <- function(pca) {
 	explainedVar = (pca$sdev^2/sum(pca$sdev^2)*100)[PC]

	# Prepare legends and labels
	PCs = grep("PC", names(data$observations), value=TRUE)
	axesLabels = paste(PCs, " (", format(explainedVar, digits=3), "%)", sep="")
       list(x = scale_x_continuous(axesLabels[1]), y =
scale_y_continuous(axesLabels[2]))
)
