An IRCd written in mIRC Scripting Language (mSL) and more or less based on ircu IRCds.

I'm Jigsy ( @Jigsy1 ).

1. I like Anime, Chess, Coffee, IRC, Riichi Mahjong and Video Games.
   • Sleeping also counts, right? Right?
   • I've recently taken to generating AI artwork.
2. I border somewhere between apathetic and lazy.
3. I'm currently learning Japanese. (7月2024年には8年間になります。)
4. I roughly know a few programming languages; but I mainly know mSL (mIRC Scripting Language) and like scripting pointless things from time to time.
   • I do know some (simple) VB6 from my college years. (2003->2007)
     • I am now still learning C and Python. (2023->?)
       • And to make life even more complicated, Go (on hold) and Rust. (2023->?)
5. I am only reachable via IRC: Jigsy @ irc.libera.chat
   • I AM NOT ON / DO NOT USE / WILL NOT USE ... Discord, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Signal, Slack, Teams, Telegram, TikTok, Twitter, WhatsApp, etc.¹
     • I DO have a Matrix account, but only use it once every epoch. (If ever.)
     • I DO have an "account" in Session Instant Messenger as well.²

1. I'm staunchly anti-censorship and value privacy and rights in this increasingly insane world.
2. I play on Mahjong Soul a lot.
   • I've recently started learning Shogi too.
3. Sometimes I like to lie on the ground and pretend I'm a carrot.

Few suggestions

Hello Jigsy, first of all let me tell you that i appreciate your time spent on this amazing project. We love this mircd. Just downloaded and setup. i will check all commands and revert back with any issues/errors/feedback.

Just a few suggestions if you want to take into consideration at some point.

1. Account registration/login system and auto hostname based on account. This one until you provide us with the services 😀
2. What do you think about implementing an Always-on client?(like znc). Registered accounts can opt in/out. When a client disconnects from irc the session will not get destroyed giving the client the option to reattach later on the same session. So basically it works like a znc, the nickname/session remains 24 on irc and the user has the option to reattach at anytime.
   The user can reattched with /server servername port username:password
